Ballenger Propane is a locally owned propane retail company that provides superior products and first-class service. Our goal is for every customer to have a safe and reliable propane system. Founded in 1967 by Joe and Betty Ballenger, we have been proudly serving our community for more than 50 years. 

Joe started this business with one truck and one goal: to provide for his family by providing for his community. Customers are neighbors and friends, and are treated with respect. Betty has been the behind-the-scenes support in the office since day one. She and Joe grew the company while raising their kids, with all three of them involved in the family business. The linchpin of Ballenger Propane's operations for many years was Terri Ballenger-Belcher, who passed away in 2021. Terri was passionate about caring for "her" customers and family members alike and is greatly missed.
